Customer Service Representative

Duties:
We are looking for candidates with excellent organizational and communications skills and a genuine love of working in a fast-paced environment. If you have strong telephone/computer skills, can handle high volume calls, are able to prioritize tasks and resolve customer related issues, we would love to speak with you. Must be a team player.

Requirements:
2 years minimum customer service or sales related experience
Excellent phone manners and customer service skills
Strong selling and negotiation skills
Must be a team-player
PC Skills and knowledge of various software applications

Accountant-Analyst

Duties:
Seeking candidates to perform analysis and reporting in standard accounting areas, as well as systems in place, overseas manufacturing operations, financial planning for production & warehouse facilities. Accounting liaison with overseas factory.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken)
